I registered for iCoin but I never got an activation email. What should I do?  An email was sent to the email address you provided on the registration form.  This email contains a link that you must click to activate your account.  If you didn't get an activation email, check your junk mail or spam mail folder as sometimes your email provider may filter our email - please add support@icoin.com to your address book or contacts list.  If you are using Hotmail or an MSN.com emall address, we suggest you update your Contacts to include support@icoin.com.  It may also be possible that you mis-typed your email address or that the supplied email address is no longer valid. Please contact support by filling out a support request form.  Please be sure you include a VALID email address in your support request, or there will be no way for us to contact you.


I registered for iCoin and activated my account, why doesn't my application work?  Open the Settings application on your iPhone or iPad.  Scroll down until you see iCoin and click it. Verify that your username and password are correct.


I forgot my account password, what should I do?  If you forgot your password, you'll need to reset it by visiting the Forgot Password page. Follow the on screen instructions.


I reset my account password but I never got an email telling me what to do next, what should I do?  Please send an email to support@icoin.com and inform us of the issue, or complete a support request form and let us know what's going on.
